Pricing and Payment Options
Standard cost per visit is $85 (discounts available for students) and is due at time of service.

Spiritus Chiropractic requires a credit card to be stored on file in our secure system. 

Spiritus Chiropractic does not accept assignment from any third party. We are not in network with any insurance companies. Patient is responsible for all payments.

Spiritus Chiropractic is unable to accept medicare eligible patients at this time. This includes self-pay. Federal law prohibits chiropractors from opting out of medicare and entering private contracts with its beneficiaries.

Discount Offers

Full payment of treatment plan qualifies for discount. Payment is collected at the beginning of the treatment plan.

Students and cases of genuine financial need qualify for further discount. 

Full payment of initial chiropractic response assessment (first and second visit) is also discounted.

Scheduling
Please communicate/reschedule appointments that you are unable to make. Missed appointments take opportunity from others to be seen. A $20 charge will be applied to missed appointments that are not rescheduled/cancelled within 36 hours prior to the original appointment time. Reschedule and cancellation can be done in your patient portal, by phone (must leave voicemail if unanswered) or by text. Fee can be waived at the sole discretion of Spiritus Chiropractic.

Age Restrictions
Pediatric patients (under 18 years of age) must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian for first visit. If younger than 16, patient must have a parent/guardian present for each adjustment.
